CHAU & JESS: WEDDING

I feel like I’ve known Chau forever, he’s been a good friend to my husband for so many years and I was more than excited to have the privilege of photographing this long awaited wedding!  I am so happy for the two of you, you are perfect for each other!  Thanks for giving me the excuse to take photos of my own husband : ) and for putting on one of the most awesome receptions I’ve ever seen!  Can’t wait to see you guys again soon!

I highly recommend the ‘loosing the ring’ joke!  Each groomsmen seemed to discover something different in their pockets as they went down the line – chopsticks, baby bottles, and a wrestling belt were among the many items pulled out before the ring was found.  I know it’s cheesy, but look at Chau, he’s loving this! : )

Tasha - I loved the photos Els! Some of them weren’t coming up though. I thought I’d let you know.

ANDREW & BREANNE: WEDDING

Andrew and Breanne, two of the most laid back – ready to try just about anything – people I’ve ever met.  I loved every minute of this beautiful wedding!  Thank you two for letting me be a part of your day, and congratulations!  Just FYI this awesome location was found in the middle of Visalia, CA and you’re not going to believe how perfect it is!  To find this secret beauty just search for Victorian Gardens : )

Amy.lashelle - love all the detail shots, and love love love the holding hands in the field one. gorgeous!

CARLOS & PEARL: WEDDING

Carlos and Pearl are so in love!  One of my favorite moments in all weddings is watching the face of the groom as his bride walks down the isle toward him.  He is so focused on her alone and the impact of this life changing moment.  I will never forget the way Carlos accepted his bride with tears in his eyes – what a beautiful moment!  I am so excited for the two of you, congratulations as you enter this commitment to life together, in love!

Rachel Catlett - Hello Ellie! I’m absolutely in LOVE with your photography! I was at Carlos and Pearl’s wedding, (I was the one with the make shift studio upstairs, lol) and I was so excited when I saw that Pearl put pictures up! Your work is so beautiful, clean and bright without being over exposed. Everything about your work including your site and blog AND name is adorable :)

Now, for a photographer question, I was watching you work during the ceremony and noticed you shot with a Canon (my kinda gal), what is your favorite lens to shoot with?
Thanks so much!
Rachel

MATT & JENNIFER: WEDDING

Matt and Jennifer are my very first Roseville wedding!!!  Why is this special to me?  Because Roseville is my new hometown!  I felt so lucky to be able to photograph such a sweet and committed couple!  They were married at the end of May in the beautiful St. Clare Catholic Church and finished up the party at Sierra View Golf Club.  Thank you Jennifer and Matt for letting me be a part of your gorgeous day!
